The last post I wrote about losing my weight : I want To Lose Weight!. I really do, seriously. Since I didn't really exercise and with my bad eating habit - consuming a lot of fast food during weekend, I gain a few kg. So sad. It's not easy to slim down. It's not easy to have my old body back.
So, today I decided to take aerobic + yoga class for one month. With only RM 178, my exercise adventure begin tonight! It's so fun. Lalalala. Looking forward to the next class!
