Imam Muda Reality Program Open To Muslims Worldwide

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 January - Program a reality Imam Muda second season when a change is also open to Muslims worldwide to attend the audition.

Executive Director Astro Entertainment Sdn. Ltd., Zainir Aminullah said Astro welcomed welcoming openness of international investment is based on overwhelming demand from fans who attended the program last season.

"The response can be seen on the site promoting the social from the fans up for the program from the Middle East, France, Germany, United Kingdom and the United States.
"We expect the presence of international players are able to enhance healthy competition among the participants in this program," he said.

He was speaking at a press conference Imam Muda second season at the Al-Diafah restaurant, Seri Petaling, here yesterday.
Also present was the Minister in the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom, director of the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi), Datuk Che Mat Che Ali and Astro Oasis Channel Manager, Izelan Basar.

Zainir said, all international candidates are Muslims aged between 18 and 27 years who are interested must be able to speak the Malay language as the key requirements for upholding the use of the language.

He said the first audition will be held on 22 and 23 January at the Islamic Center Iskandar Johor, Johor Bahru.
In addition, the programs have a place in the world it also adds the location of the auditions in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (Wisma Sabah Islamic Religious Council (MUIS) 26 to 27 February 2011).

Other locations are the Islamic Center of Lundang, Kota Bharu, Kelantan (28 to 29 January), Zaher Mosque, Alor Setar, Kedah (11 to 12 February), Masjid Negeri Sultan Ahmad 1, Kuantan, Pahang (February 19 to 20) and Kompleks Pusat Islam, Kuala Lumpur (5 - 6 March).

He said, as the first program, this season Astro getting cooperation from the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi).
"For this second season, the former Imam of Masjid Negara, Datuk Hasan Mahmud Al-Hafiz is still preserved as Mudir.
"While the potential of young priests still follow the strict schedule and this time they are exposed to new challenges such as the consequences of economic, trade and changes based on the holy book the Koran," he said.

According to him, the program Imam Muda second season is expected to be published officially from 25 April.
